Green Caffè Nero opened its doors in Diuna

On September 20th, the 82nd Green Caffè Nero café was opened in the Diuna office complex. The location occupies 200 sqm on the ground floor of one of the four buildings in the complex.

Green Caffè Nero is an independent European premium coffee chain, created by combining the experience of Warsaw’s Green Coffee cafés and the international Caffè Nero brand. Currently, the chain operates 68 cafés in Warsaw, 9 in Krakow, and 4 in Wrocław. Since the opening of the first location in 2012, Green Caffè Nero has been fulfilling its mission to create spaces that act as hubs for local communities. The café interiors are designed in collaboration with Polish artists and craftsmen, emphasizing the unique character of each location. In the Diuna café, natural materials such as wood, stone, and metal, along with a hand-carved bar and brick tiles, were used in the interior design.

“The design of the café in Diuna reflects the industrial history of the district where our newest location is situated, with references to older office spaces and industrial plants. Inside, you’ll find metal elements, old desks, and equipment. We also wanted to highlight the proximity of the airport, located just one kilometer away in a straight line, so we are showcasing photos by Zbyszek Siemaszko and others from the National Digital Archive on the café’s walls. The café also features large windows, allowing greenery and sunlight to flood the interior. The architects also created cozy corners with comfortable furniture and walls adorned with rich oak paneling,” says Dorota Pomacho-Pątkiewicz, CEO of Green Caffè Nero.

The café is open daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Customers can enjoy specialty coffee, freshly baked baguettes in various flavors, sandwiches, lunch options, and a wide selection of homemade cakes and pastries.

“We are extremely pleased with the opening of Green Caffè Nero in the Diuna complex, which not only enhances our offering for tenants but also opens the complex to the local community. This is a space that will surely become a meeting place, a spot for relaxation and the exchange of ideas, both for employees and local residents. The new café features an 80 sqm outdoor seating area along Taśmowa Street and additional seating facing the new courtyard of our complex, which can be admired while sipping delicious coffee,” says Ewa Lubańska, Leasing Director at Syrena Real Estate.
