MS Galleon Group companies become new tenants of the Diuna complex
MS Galleon – one of the largest capital groups in Central Europe, owned by Michał Sołowow – has leased 3,000 sqm of office space in the Diuna office complex in Warsaw. An additional 700 sqm will be dedicated to a showroom for the Group’s flagship brands, Cersanit and Barlinek. Employees of MS Galleon companies will move into their new headquarters as early as September this year.
The lease agreement covers office space in Buildings B and D of the Diuna complex, located at 7 Taśmowa Street, in Warsaw’s Służewiec district. The new headquarters will accommodate over 200 employees representing MS Galleon companies such as Barlinek, Columbus Pro, Corab, Cersanit, Ekovoltis, and Komfort. MS Galleon is a privately owned holding and management company overseeing more than 30 businesses in sectors including industrial production, green energy, retail, biotechnology, and disruptive technologies. The group employs over 15,000 people and operates in more than 100 countries worldwide.
“Our goal was to find a modern and flexible office space that would offer high working comfort for our teams based in Warsaw. Another key requirement was convenient access between Warsaw and our regional hubs in Kielce, Olsztyn, and Łódź. Diuna met all these criteria, and the additional possibility to showcase the Cersanit and Barlinek brands in a dedicated, state-of-the-art showroom for our partners and clients is a significant added value,” says Piotr Lipko, Managing Director and Management Board Member at MS Galleon Group.
“Diuna is not just a modernized office space, but also a place that supports the growth of innovative and diverse businesses. We’re proud that such a strong and recognizable capital group as MS Galleon chose our project for its new headquarters,” adds Ewa Lubańska, Leasing Director at Syrena Real Estate.
MS Galleon was represented in the leasing process by advisory agency Grey Select.
