Diuna triumphs at CEEQA 2024

Diuna, the flagship project of PineBridge Benson Elliot and Syrena Real Estate, has been honored with the ESG Champion Building title at the prestigious CEEQA 2024 gala. This recognition is a testament to the efforts in ecology, social responsibility, and management, as well as a confirmation of the continuous evolution in the commercial real estate industry.

Diuna, formerly known as Marynarska Business Park, has undergone a comprehensive transformation, becoming a model of modernity and sustainable development. Its revitalization not only changed the image of the complex but also raised the standards of energy efficiency and user comfort. Diuna has been adapted to current market standards, and the introduced changes included, among others, the revitalization of external areas and the reconstruction of the entrance lobbies of the four buildings. A concrete parking area of 6,000 sqm has been transformed into a publicly accessible park with 50 trees, 96 species of shrubs, a stream, and an educational pavilion. Thanks to the revitalization, it was possible to significantly reduce the carbon footprint and increase the attractiveness of the complex for tenants.

The main designer of the new version of Diuna is MJZstudio Architectural Studio, and the interiors were designed by Łoskiewicz Studio. The reconstruction was carried out by Reesco Group, and project management was provided by cmT Sp. z o.o.

CEEQA (Central & Eastern European Real Estate Quality Awards) is an event that annually distinguishes the best projects, companies, and professionals in the real estate industry in Central and Eastern Europe. The CEEQA 2024 gala, which took place in Warsaw, gathered nearly 600 leaders and influential people from this economic sector.

Awards were given in the categories: Grand Awards, Building Awards, Company Awards, Agent Awards, and ESG Awards.
