Jacobs Douwe Egberts to Stay at Diuna for Longer

Jacobs Douwe Egberts PL Sp. z o.o. has decided to extend its lease agreement in our Diuna office complex. The company has signed a contract to lease nearly 1,300 square meters of space in Diuna for the coming years.

Jacobs Douwe Egberts PL Sp. z o.o. (JDE) is a subsidiary of JDE Peet’s, the world’s leading coffee and tea company headquartered in the Netherlands. JDE’s operations boast over 265 years of tradition. Currently, JDE operates in more than 100 countries, offering a portfolio of over 50 coffee and tea brands, including L’OR, Jacobs, Prima, Senseo, Tassimo, Douwe Egberts, OldTown, Super, Pickwick, and Moccona. The tenant was represented by the real estate agency Colliers in the lease extension process. JDE has been based in the office complex in Warsaw’s Służewiec district since 2013.
