Sustainable transport

The courtyard is designed to accommodate both pedestrian traffic and cyclists, and is closed off to vehicular access, with only brief stops for passenger access and short-term parking permitted. A dedicated cycle path runs through the middle of the courtyard, connecting the complex to the surrounding city bike paths. Cyclists can make use of outdoor racks for parking, while tenants of the complex have access to a comprehensive range of facilities. Additionally, the underground garage features a new bicycle zone equipped with 114 rack spaces, a locker room, showers, eight chargers for electric bicycles, and two stations for cycle self-repair.
